(V) Do you track how many or how often Vantage Club Members use the website? If so, what is the volume?
Yes, we utilize Google Analytics. www.vantageclub.org averages almost 1600 hits per month. Specific numbers for your webpage are available upon request.
(A) What companies are currently sponsoring the Vantage Club Program?
Current Sponsors of the Vantage Club Program include Intel, Wells Fargo- Barnhart Center, Tuality Health Care and Rodgers Instruments.
(V, S) Will you be adding more Sponsors to the Vantage Club program?
Yes, we are always open to adding Hillsboro area companies that want to offer additional benefits to their employees through this exclusive discount program.
(V, S)Currently, how many Vantage Club Members are eligible to use the Vantage Club discounts?
Approximately 20,000 employees are eligible to use the Vantage Club discounts. Vantage Club Members are given two discount cards are allowed to extend those benefits to their significant other.
(A) How are the Quarterly Vantage Club Newsletters distributed?
The Quarterly Vantage Club Newsletter is distributed electronically to the Sponsor’s primary program liaison. The newsletters are then redistributed using the Sponsor’s intranet system. Vantage Club Members are encouraged to use the online sign up form to be added to the Chamber’s direct e-mail distribution list. Additionally, the newsletter is also available online at www.vantageclub.org.
(A) How do I get a copy of the quarterly Vantage Club Newsletter?
Check with your Human Resource Representative to be added to your employer’s intranet distribution list. You may also use the online sign up form to be added to the Chamber’s direct e-mail distribution list. The Vantage Club newsletter is always available online at www.vantageclub.org.
(V) How do I become a Vantage Club Vendor?
Complete the Vantage Club Vendor application, submit with payment and include your fifty-word value added offer to the Greater Hillsboro Area Chamber of Commerce.

(V) Once I become a Vantage Club Vendor, what additional information should I submit for the development of my Vantage Club Vendor webpage?
For a successful Vantage Club webpage, we suggest that you include the following: unique value-added offer, your web address, a digital logo and branding color scheme, contact information and hours of operation, along with a compelling statement about your business.
(V) As a Vantage Club Vendor, how long does it take to get listed on the Website?
Once we complete the application process, we need approximately one week turnaround time to create a beta page or test version for your approval. At this time, you have an opportunity make changes before giving final approval and going live.
(V) How much does it cost to be a featured Vantage Club Vendor in the Quarterly newsletters?
The cost to be a featured Vendor in the Quarterly Vantage Club Newsletter is $50.
(V) How often can I change the details for the value-added offer and how is it done?
We allow Vantage Club Vendors to change or modify their value added offer up to four times a year. Please forward your change request to our Communications Coordinator, Ben Carlson at benc@hillchamber.org. Allow approximately one week for updates to be posted.
(V, M) How many times will my Vantage Club discount be honored?
There is no limit to the number of times you use your Vantage Club discount as our participating Vantage Club Vendors welcome and value your business.
(V, M) How do I use my Vantage Club discount card?
Include your Vantage Club discount card with your usual form of payment.
(V, M) How do I find out about new Vantage Club Vendors or offers?
Check the Vantage Club website (www.vantageclub.org) frequently for new Vendors and updated offers.
(M, S) I lost my card. What is the replacement procedure?
Contact your Human Resource Representative or visit the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce for a replacement card.
(V, M) When using my Vantage Club discount card at a restaurant, how much do I tip?
Follow the same tipping guidelines you normally use for the bill before your Vantage Club discount. Our goal is to provide you with the finest selection of restaurants available. You will help us to maintain goodwill between our participating restaurants and the Vantage Club.
(M, S) What if I encounter a problem receiving my Vantage Club discount?

Absolutely, yes! We appreciate any suggestions of Vendors you think might be a good fit for the Vantage Club.
