The Greater Hillsboro Area Chamber of Commerce hereafter referred to as "Publisher" and "Participant" shall mean local retail shops and businesses offering goods and services for sale through the Publisher's "Vantage Club". "Member(s)" shall mean any employee of a Local Company who has authorized access to the Publisher's "Vantage Club". "Local Company" shall mean those local employers who have authorized their employees to access the Publisher's "Vantage Club".

Publisher and Local Companies make no representation or endorsement of these offers. Members doing business with these Participants do so at their own risk. Neither Publisher nor Local Companies assumes responsibility for any dispute arising from any transaction.

The Vantage Club was developed by the Greater Hillsboro Area Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Intel Oregon. Intel funded the initial research and development of the program. The Chamber's Vantage Club continues to fulfill its basic mission of supporting the needs of local businesses.
